The Brand
We’re WESTERNERS. We’re not "cowpunchers", however we respect and idolize them. Similarities but different. We grew up on John Wayne. We hunt, we fish, we do ride. In fact fine horses are what it’s all about. Especially Quarter Horses. For us, traditional country music is the gospel of life. Skinny jeans and pop music with a southern accent aren’t really our thing.
We don’t wear skinny jeans and play “dress up”. Work jeans and “shit kickers” are our daily attire. Stetsons, trucker hats are more of our liking. We like cold mornings in duck blinds or in the fields upland hunting, running dogs on birds, chasing deer in the high country, late evening top water bites, the smell of stables and fine horses, good 'ol fashion rodeos, Rocky Mountain beer, sunrises over a cool mountain lake or stream, the sound of the wind in the pines and aspen trees, the smell of a fresh cut field of alfalfa, and dancing in honky-tonks to the sounds of Hank and Lefty.
We stand for the flag, believe in the Constitution, we say Grace, and are unapologetically American. We don’t care about race, color, or creed. Just as long as you love this country as much as we do.
We still believe in a mans word. A firm handshake, making eye contact. Doing what you say meaning what you say. Always speaking the truth. Treating your elders and ladies with respect. Helping your fellow Americans.
We still believe in thanking a serviceman or servicewomen, and our veterans. And at the end of the day, we fly one flag and one flag only. Old Glory.
We’re “Old California”, we’re Westerners. “Modern Day” Los Angeles and San Francisco do not represent us.
America might not be perfect, but she is still the best damn country on this great big earth, and the last place where a man or women can still make their own way. Feel free to follow us.
